...to the rebranded Delirius, one of Rodney Bay’s most popular restaurants and late-night hangout spots. When we first opened in 2008 Delirius provided a brand new concept to St. Lucia, with its combination of a chic and contemporary cocktail bar and open-air restaurant specializing in beautifully cooked fresh cuisine.
The changes see a shift away from the late night scene (although we will still host special events) towards a greater focus on the restaurant and early evening liming.
The new menu is based around authentic, slow-cooked, barbecue-based dining, retaining favourites such as our Baby Back Ribs and the classic Delirius Burger, and adding new options including the Brisket and Pork Burger.
Perhaps the most immediate part of the rebranding is the garden, which is now a key element of the restaurant. The theme is rustic, but with an element of fun and sophistication. We have had furniture made from old pallets, and painted in bright, funky colours, and added hanging string lights and construction-style lamps.
While the back bar has now been clad in wood, you will still find your favourite cocktails, as well as a few new additions, served by familiar faces.
We now open from 11am, and last orders from the kitchen is at 11pm. We open on Sundays – a perfect stop on the way to or from the beach, and we close on Thursdays.
