Whats our Story?


...to the rebranded Delirius, one of Rodney Bay’s most popular restaurants and late-night hangout spots. When we first opened in 2008 Delirius provided a brand new concept to St. Lucia, with its combination of a chic and contemporary cocktail bar and open-air restaurant specializing in beautifully cooked fresh cuisine.

The changes see a shift away from the late night scene (although we will still host special events) towards a greater focus on the restaurant and early evening liming.

The new menu is based around authentic, slow-cooked, barbecue-based dining, retaining favourites such as our Baby Back Ribs and the classic Delirius Burger, and adding new options including the Brisket and Pork Burger.

Perhaps the most immediate part of the rebranding is the garden, which is now a key element of the restaurant. The theme is rustic, but with an element of fun and sophistication. We have had furniture made from old pallets, and painted in bright, funky colours, and added hanging string lights and construction-style lamps.

While the back bar has now been clad in wood, you will still find your favourite cocktails, as well as a few new additions, served by familiar faces.

We open from 4:30pm during the week, and 11am on Sundays, and last orders from the kitchen is at 10pm. We offer a Sunday Roast special each week – a perfect stop on the way to or from the beach, especially when you don't feel like cooking, and we close on Thursdays.

Feeling Hungry?


From popular favourite Duncan's Shrimp, to our brand new Smoked Wings, our Apps and Lite Bites are ideal with an after-work drink or two at the bar!

We recommend: 2oz Slider Trio - choose three from Pulled Pork, Delirius Burger, Beef Brisket, Grilled Fish and Smoked Chicken. The perfect introduction to the brand new Delirius menu!


While we love our meat and fish, we know that some of you prefer something a little lighter, which is why we offer a selection of salads. Great for you, and you can still have them with meat or fish!

We recommend: Our take on the classic Caesar, with smoked chicken or grilled fish!


The Main is where we excel, with a focus on smoking and grilling! Your choice of Smoked Chicken, Jerk Tuna, Beef Brisket, Grilled Lobster, Pork & Apple Burger to name a few, as well as a selection for our vegetarian friends. Struggling to choose? Mix up some low and slow with lite bites and sides for a platter to share... or not!

We recommend: Baby Back Ribs - a permanent favourite at Delirius for good reason! Choose from our homemade Chairmans or Mango BBQ sauces.


Most of our mains come with one side, but you can add as many extras as you like!


Served with fries, coleslaw or grilled veggies our kids' favourites include Chicken Fingers, Fish Fingers and Mini Mac 'n' Cheese.

We recommend: Mini Mac 'n' Cheese - our interpretation of a Caribbean favourite!


One of the hardest things about our new menu is leaving space for dessert! But those that do will not be disappointed - a decadent selection of treats await.

We recommend: Delirius Sundae - seasonal fruit, ice cream and something crunchy!


We've always been known as one of best hang-out spots in Rodney Bay, and we've notched up a fair few awards for our bartenders and cocktails over the years.

We recommend: Raspberry Chili Grapefruit Flip - lose yourself in a fiery blend of jalapeno pepper, fresh raspberries, citron vodka, Cointreau and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. We dare you!
